We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the deployment of our cutting-edge collision avoidance and proximity detection solutions for heavy machinery. This role involves extensive travel and direct interfacing with customers to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This position is Exempt (not eligible for overtime pay) and manages one or more direct reports.

 Essential Duties:

• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with customer needs.
• Lead the installation and implementation of collision avoidance and proximity detection systems on-site.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct on-site training and support for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal use of our systems.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and adjust project plans as necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and expertise.
• Travel to various customer sites to oversee project execution and build strong customer relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of heavy machinery, collision avoidance, or    related industries.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand complex    systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
• PMP certification is a plus.
